Take the FWCS Facilities survey

FWCS has a survey on its website to get voter sentiment on their building project. That's a big improvement over last time when they assumed everyone would go along with them. Hopefully they'll take the feedback seriously and give us a report on what they learned. (After all we paid for the survey.) Then, again hopefully, they'll use the results to come up with a reasonable strategy.

There's only one way to find out.

Yes please take the survey. FWCS paid $150,000 of your hard earned tax money to hire a Virginia based "image improvement" company to create the survey just for you!

Actually they will pay them $355,000 over three years. At least that's less than the $450,000 they gave Schmidt Associates and Glyn Hines last time for a sales job. Fiscal reponsibility rules.

There are also four public meetings to voice your opinion so go to the one nearest you in the next two weeks. And above all, vote in the referendum in the May primary.

A million dollars on surveys....hmmmm....that could brought a new boiler at Harrison Hill. To think I only charged $400.00 for a 60 question survey and 20 something page report for a private, Catholic school. Wow!
